- My fee for a Confidential Medical Report is subject to value added tax at the current rate. Please contact me for further details.
- Joint Statements, Court Appearances, CPR questions and other questions are subject to a charge. Again, please contact me for details of these.
- Subject to all the relevant medical records being available at the time of examination, reports are submitted to the instructing party with two weeks of the appointment date.
- If, on examination, I feel that further investigations, such as X-rays or MRI Scans are required then I will contact the instructing party to discuss the matter prior to arranging the required investigation.
- Appointments are generally given within 2-4 weeks of receipt of written instruction. Appointments are usually of 45 minutes duration but may be longer for more complex cases. Appointment letters are sent with the opportunity for clients to telephone and re-arrange if not convenient.
